Net Neutrality

Nowadays, net neutrality is a trending topic. Basically, net neutrality is a term coined by Columbia University media law by professor Tim Wu. It is a principle that ISP's and the government should provide the data services equally, not discriminating on the basis of charges or discriminating on the basis of platform, application, content, attaches equipments or on the basis of communication mode.
